Kate Middleton and Prince William’s wedding went down in history as one of the most beautiful moments of the British monarchy in 2011. However, this fairytale allegedly had some hidden agreements as Netflix’s show, “The Crown” deciphered them.
“The Crown” latest season was released on December 14, which took viewers on a travel through time to know Kate and William’s early courtship during their time at St. Andrews University in Scotland. The latest scenes have been taken as a hard detour from reality as they previously showed numerous events that never happened in the royal family.
Clare McHugh, a royal historian stated that Kate never confronted Carole about her plan to get Kate close to William, as it was just pure fiction. She also mentioned that Carole and Kate worked together to capture William’s attention, so the only part where “The Crown” faltered was when they had Kate resisting a bit.
Numerous royal authors strongly believe that Carole just set things up and Kate took the rest of the way, indicating they always worked together to start a relationship with the Prince. In addition, McHugh described Carole as ambitious, and all those plans had their very meaning.
“The Crown” has awakened the viewer’s interest in the truth behind Kate Middleton and Prince William’s early years of relationship and if Carole was always the mastermind behind their wedding. Carole Middleton hasn’t released any statement regarding the scandalous situation she was put in.
