Taylor Swift is currently making moves in Brazil with “The Eras Tour,” specifically in São Paulo. She has dazzled her Swifties for 5 sold-out shows (so far) in the country’s stadiums. Now, y’all know Taylor has this ability to surprise her fans with songs and albums and this time in Brazil was no exception.
As the pop queen was approaching the acoustic section of her show (where she performs one song on guitar and another on a piano) she decided to have all her concert attendees shook! Why you, might ask? Well Tay-Tay decided to perform two tracks she hadn’t sung in about ten years. That’s right, these two bops had to wait a long time to shine again.
So what are the songs? First, it was all about “Safe & Sound,” that one tune she made for the Hunger Games in 2012. The hitmaker decided to sing this track on her guitar, leaving everybody with their jaws on the floor. Fun fact: it had been almost 10 years since she last played it in the “Red Tour.”
The other song was “Untouchable,” which T-Swift hadn’t played since 2011. Fortunately, she re-recorded the track for the “Fearless (Taylor’s Version) album,” so at least the song has been updated in some type of form. Still, she blessed fans with this angelic ballad on the piano.
And there you have it, Taylor Swift literally brought back some oldies but goodies from her extensive and exquisite music catalog. Let’s see what surprises lay ahead of Brazilian Swifities, who will have Tay for one more night this Sunday.
