There are several artists who do not like to accept the roles that brought them to fame and we have seen this more than once, being a well-known story.

At the time it was Robert Pattinson, who more than once denied and rejected the Twilight movies, which undoubtedly are the films that put him in the spotlight and the opportunity of Hollywood to continue in the film industry in a simpler way, to the extent that he has even given life to a superhero like Batman on screen.

Now it is the turn of Jacob Elordi, who has criticized the film that has brought him to a degree of recognition within the Hollywood film industry, causing now part of his peers to respond what they thought about the statements of the actor who will also play Elvis soon.

Recently, his co-star in the film, Taylor Zakhar Perez, couldn’t help but shut up about what he thought and spoke to Variety:

“I thought it was a shame because to my knowledge, everybody else had such a wonderful experience,” Taylor told Variety. “It’s a shame that was his experience on the set. Especially when those movies came out, it was a time when we really needed something like that.”

The actor reportedly indicated that his experience was a positive one and has shown a much more appreciative and empathetic attitude:

“I know from our fan interactions, getting stopped everywhere I go, what Kissing Booth means to people and what it brought them during such a dark time. I guess the silver lining is he still made people laugh and feel good.”

What are your thoughts on this? Do you think it’s wise for actors to talk about the films that made them famous? Many times they talk about them as ungrateful acts and that attitude could make many fans disagree and stop consuming their films.
