The current monarch of the United Kingdom has confessed to having had several romances throughout his life, and although some were very significant and influential in his life, there are others that never transcended. However, the singer Barbra Streisand has recalled her love story with King Charles III.
This revelation was made through her book of memoirs entitled ‘My Name Is Barbra‘, where she confirms to have maintained for some years a very romantic and interesting relationship with the current King. The protagonist of this story explains that she was not interested in a relationship as she was focused on her projects.
However, she reveals in her book that it was inevitable to resist the charm of the then Prince Charles and shares the way in which she realized that he was in love with her: “One day I passed by the attendant’s room and noticed that there was a large bouquet of flowers for me. I immediately asked who had sent it, and they answered me that it was a fan named Charles“.
A romance that was described by the singer herself as “very romantic, fun, and intense“, in which it was the son of Queen Elizabeth II who was in charge of taking the first step for a connection to occur, developing a relationship that began in 1974 and that they did not want to make very public.
