During a promotional tour of her new comedy ‘No Hard Feelings’, actress Jennifer Lawrence answers whether to star in ‘The Hunger Games‘ saga again. Her character, Katniss Everdeen, made her last appearance eight years ago in ‘Mockingjay: Part 2’, the last installment of this saga.
After many years of this project, Lawrence expressed that it was a great experience to play ‘The Girl on Fire’, confessing, “If Katniss could ever come back into my life, I would not hesitate; I would do it 100%“, demonstrating her willingness to give life to this character.

However, not everything depends on the actress; the possibility of a new installment will depend entirely on the writer, Suzanne Collins, as stated in Yahoo Entertainment by the producer of the saga, Nina Jacobso, who said, “If the author wants to continue the story, then she will write a book about it“.
Jacobson assures that the main character had a good closure in ‘Mockingjay Part 2’, even so during the promotional tour of the prequel ‘The Hunger Games: A Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes’, she said, “If for some reason Suzanne has a thematic idea that makes sense to tell another story about Katniss, I’m all for it, and I’m sure Jen would be thrilled“.
