Suga, from the renowned boy group BTS, has officially announced his entry into South Korea’s mandatory military service, as well as his enlistment date, a fact that has saddened all his fans due to this pause in his successful musical career.
After several months in which the K-Pop artist has been working on his solo musical career, in which he released his first album ‘D-Day‘, in addition to carrying out a successful concert tour around different parts of the world, which allowed him to close this stage before enlisting.
Now comes the moment that no one wanted, the BTS rapper already has an official date for his entry into the army, where his groupmates Jin and J-Hope are already, Suga being the third to begin his duty as a South Korean citizen.
The agency behind the septet announced that the idol will begin his service to the country on September 22nd. In addition, they clarified that for safety reasons, fans must refrain from attending the training field at all times.
“Hello, it’s BIGHIT MUSIC.
Thank you for your continued support to BTS. We have more information about Suga’s military service.

No official events will be held on the day he begins his service or the day he enters to the training camp. We kindly ask fans to refrain from visiting Suga at his workplace during the period of his service. Please convey your warm regards and encouragement in your hearts only (…)“.
