BTS’ V gained momentum after he released two songs from his debut album which caused a furor among his fans, better known as ARMY. However, he made his fans feel worried after revealing that he was on a diet in order to prepare for his debut solo material.

The release of his two songs, ‘Love Me Again’ and ‘Rainy Days’ met both critical acclaim and success worldwide. He was the last member of BTS to release solo music. Taehyung released those songs during the band’s hiatus because of the mandatory military service of some of the members.

The South Korean artist revealed worrisome news after he went on a diet to shoot the music videos from his debut album, ‘Layover’ which is set to be released on September 8. During an interview with W Korea V opened his heart and talked about it:

“It feels like forever since I’ve been solo and connected with the ARMY on stage. The burning question in my mind? ‘Do I need to diet for this grand return?’ Trust me, that thought was non-stop.”

The ARMY was completely worried because of V’s diet because they stated he is beautiful and he should diet only if he can take care of himself and doesn’t cross the limits. V also addressed the situation during a livestream explaining he has a strict diet to come back stronger than ever.
