BTS’ Jungkook has gained popularity all around the world, not only for his immense talent but for becoming Calvin Klein’s ambassador. Despite the fact he is well-known for his charming attitude, he gave a blunt answer to a disrespectful comment during a live stream.
In the last couple of months, Jungkook has ensured to be close with his fans, the so-called ARMY. However, his interactions with his fans are limited by the language barrier.
On August 3, one of the ARMY expressed anger, stating that Jungkook usually speaks in Korean during his live streams on Weverse. “Watching the live is painful because I can’t speak Korean. I don’t know what you’re saying.”
The Golden Maknae considered this comment disrespectful and decided to give a savage answer to the fan explaining he also struggles with the language barrier, focusing on the fan would start learning Korean rather than leaving that kind of comment.
“It’s the same here for me. Let’s both start learning. Now, study some Korean. Let’s work hard on studying Korean. It’s hard for me too. Just how frustrating it must be for me too, huh? Let’s start learning Korean. Fighting.”
Jungkook’s live streams on the platform have become widely popular among the ARMY, who already are trying to avoid mentioning the language barriers. After seeing the idol’s response, he was heaped with praise because on numerous occasions he has tried to speak in English for the non-South Korean ARMY.
