Prince Harry is always ideal for trouble and scandal because he is such a high-profile public figure. So much has the world seen of him, that now the U.S. is required to show sensitive documents of the prince, as many do not agree with him living in the country. The U.S. government refuses to show Prince Harry’s visa application.

The conservative Heritage organization remains adamant that the royal may have lied when being interviewed to acquire his U.S. visa.

Thanks to his controversial statements in his autobiographical book ‘Spare’, Prince Harry earned a big problem, since he admitted his consumption of illicit substances, which are not allowed in a visa applicant for the United States.

A request had previously been made for the visa application documents to be shown, as in case he had done so, he would be lying to the U.S. government, something that people believe is unforgivable, as in his book he confesses that he has done so.

The Department of Homeland Security issued a letter today. The Newsweek portal has published part of the text of the letter, in which the agency in charge of U.S. borders, responded in the same line as the DHS after that first failed request, stressing the following :

“We find that you have not provided sufficient public interest to override the Duke of Sussex’s, Prince Harry right to privacy concerning his entry and exit records. Without an individual’s consent or an overriding public interest, the provision of the Duke’s entry and exit records would constitute a clear invasion of personal privacy without justification,” it reads.

“A ‘mere suspicion’ of agency misconduct is insufficient. A FOIA requester must produce evidence justifying a belief by a reasonable person alleging governmental impropriety could have occurred. An allegation of ‘public interest,’ which is nothing more than a general public curiosity in the subject matter in the subject matter of the requested records is legally insufficient.”
