King Charles III and Queen Camilla Parker, the current monarchs of the United Kingdom, are apparently already adapting their whole life to their new role, and have been keeping the memories of the king’s mother, the late Queen Elizabeth II, as they have been disposing of some of the memories that belonged to her.
While the memory of Queen Elizabeth II will be a memory in the minds of millions of British people because she was the queen of this territory for more than 70 years, everything indicates that the king already wants to leave her memory aside, remembering that he is reigning now, so that he also remains in memory of his family and the British people.
All this has been said because they have stored much of the collection of ornaments, portraits and decorations that the queen had, clearing the rooms and corridors of both Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle of these ornaments. A source explained, “as the king spends time at the castle a number of decorative art items are being rearranged as expected“.
A part of these items were basically from the memories that Queen Elizabeth II had related to her love for horses, and as reported by the Daily Mail and close sources although a great amount of these items have been collected, there are still others put there in order to commemorate the great passion of the late queen.
Apparently the purpose of disposing of the Queen’s belongings would be simply to forget a little the memory of her, and concentrate on the new mandate that Charles III and Camilla are having.
