Jungkook finally opened up about his career as a solo artist and the future of BTS during a recent live stream. His fans, the-so called ARMY, are worried about what will happen to the boy band as several of its members are currently enlisted in the military.
On June 30, Big Hit Music revealed that Jungkook is currently working on solo music by releasing a statement asking the ARMY to support him:
“Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. We are pleased to inform you about the release of ‘Seven,‘ the solo digital single by BTS member Jungkook. As Jungkook kicks off his official solo activities, we ask you to extend your utmost anticipation and support for his digital single and many other activities to come.”
In addition, the South Korean singer addressed the release of his new single during a live stream on Weverse and revealed that this is not the only project he is currently working on. As a result, some of his fans immediately started speculating about the possibility of him releasing a full album later this year
On the other hand, the idol also opened up about the future of BTS and said that they are all just waiting for everyone to complete their mandatory military service so they can be together as a group again. Jungkook’s answer is definitely reassuring for the ARMY as some of them were worried about their hiatus.
