Earlier this week, Prince William and Kate Middleton attended the Jordan royal wedding at Zahran’s Palace where Prince Hussei married Princess Rajwa Al Hussein. During the event, the British royal couple was seen having a conversation with King Abdullah II and Queen Rania and now a lip reader expert has revealed what they were talking about.
William and Kate’s last encounter with Jordanian royalty was at King Charles III’s coronation ceremony on May 6. According to the lip reader, Queen Rania told the Prince of Wales “It’s so good to see you, how are your children?” Unfortunately, William’s answer was not captured on camera but the Queen appeared to say “They were so good,” allegedly referring to Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
Similarly, the lip reader was also able to decipher King Abdullah II and William’s conversation. The King said: “Yes, I remember that it was beautiful” to which William answered: “Yes, it’s mad. I know! They are lovely, yes, they are.” Although no more information was revealed, Abdullah smiled and told William “Thank you” which led people to believe that they were talking about Buckingham Palace.
The conversation between the four royals began after King Abdullah II asked Prince William and Kate Middleton how they were feeling at the wedding. At the same time, Queen Rania kissed William’s cheek and said: “So good to see you again” to which he answered “Thank you, you’re very kind. It was wonderful, thank you” before pausing and adding “Very much yes.”
Finally, Kate told the Jordanian couple: “There’s so much going on” to which Rania answered: “Yes, there is so much. I am looking forward to going on vacation after this” William and Kate immediately reacted by saying: “Oh my goodness” and laughing. It looks like both royal couples are very close to each other and have a good relationship.
