According to reports, Prince Harry will soon make his way back to the UK to participate in what looks to be the trial of the century against the Mirror Group Newspaper over its unethical and illegal eavesdropping tactics. Several times the newspaper has already testified in court in London, and now several media sites are saying that the next hearing will be the trial of the century since the youngest son of the king will be subjected to an interview.
Prince Harry will need to pack his bags once more and travel to Anglo-Saxon nations in order to clearly define his apparent goal since deciding to file this lawsuit, to change how the media operates generally, and, of course, to protect his personal life and that of his family from the deteriorating and chaotic press.
“This coming up is not going to be like answering Oprah Winfrey’s questions in an interview. This is much more serious, this is about a hostile confrontation with a person, a highly skilled interrogator to totally disarm your credibility,” Maltin commented.
However, Tim Maltin, partner and managing director of Maltin PR, a public relations agency that specializes in litigation, says that not everything is in Prince Harry’s favor because what seems to be the trial of the century may put him in danger. Harry will be subjected to a challenging cross-examination in front of a sizable audience, Maltin told the BBC.
