Kate Middleton and Prince William are still celebrating King Charles III’s coronation together with the British people. In Windsor, a little girl burst into tears when she saw the royal couple up close. Kate immediately noticed her and gave her a hug which calmed her down completely.
The little girl was shocked when she saw the Prince and Princess of Wales at The Long Walk’s party because almost every street in London was closed in preparation for the Coronation Concert which was going to take place later that day.
As she approached the crowd, Kate noticed that a little girl burst into tears so she decided to kneel down and asked her: “Do you want a hug?” to which the child immediately answered: “Yes!” After that, they had a short conversation, and even William got closer to exchange a few words with her as well.
The crowd also asked William about his father’s health after the coronation to which he replied: “I think his neck hurt last night, having the crown…it does weigh a hell of a lot.” Finally, the royal couple took a couple of photos with the fans who were waiting for them.
