King Charles III has rewarded the constant loyalty of this royal member and has given him one, or rather the most important role, in the upcoming coronation of him and his wife Queen consort Camilla Parker.
The celebration, which will take place after 70 years without a coronation, will be held at Westminster Abbey on May 6th, where more than 2,000 special guests will be able to enjoy seeing Charles and Camilla crowned.
While it is true that King Charles III will have a very special role in his day, he has also wanted to give the most committed members of the royals fundamental roles that could certainly increase their popularity.

Among these are his sister, Princess Anne, to whom he gave the duty of being the Gold-Stick in-Waiting, the person entrusted with all the king’s personal security. After the coronation, the now official monarchs will make a tour from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace aboard the golden carriage, and right behind them will be Princess Anne, who will be followed by more than 6000 soldiers of the armed forces.
According to the British press, the princess is “incredibly honored” that her brother gave her this role, as she considers that he has given her a singular trust. Although it should be noted that this is not the first time that Princess Anne has had such a visible role, as it was common to see her riding a horse in the Trooping the Colour celebrations in the era of Queen Elizabeth II.
King Charles III has considered giving her this role because he considers her an important part of the British Crown, and just as her mother always saw her as one of the most fundamental people of the British royalty, always seeking to treat her with the greatest possible care.
