The princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, has allegedly undergone several cosmetic procedures to win her husband back, the Prince William, after he reportedly cheated on her with an English noblewoman.
Prince William has generated several controversies in recent years, the biggest of all being the alleged infidelity he committed against his wife, Kate Middleton, with one of her best friends, the marchioness Rose Hanbury.
Rumors started in 2019, when photos of William and his lover were leaked online, showing the two kissing at a private nightclub outside of London. Later, it was confirmed by the British press that the affair had started in 2014, not in 2019 as initially believed, and it was even rumored that Hanbury’s daughter would be William’s, not her husband’s, although there was never enough evidence provided, so the rumor didn’t gain much popularity.
Now, multiple internet users have claimed that Kate’s face looks noticeably younger than it did in previous years, and they have tied the pieces together to conclude that the princess is possibly seeking to win her husband back  through the beautification and rejuvenation of her face.

In response to the alleged surgeries, the prince would have had a positive reaction, and although he has not responded to or denied rumors of infidelity, he is definitely willing to restore his healthy relationship with Kate and set aside the third person in the relationship, removing her from his life, for good. He has demonstrated this with his most recent appearance at the BAFTA awards, where the prince couple looked very happy.
