The British Monarchy was asked in advance to Prince Harry’s christening of his first child, Lilibet Diana, but they declined the invitation for the true reason.
The christening of Prince Harry and his wife’s youngest child, Lilibet, took place a few days ago during a rite attended by King Charles III, Queen consort Camilla Parker, and even Prince William, with whom they are not known to have had a cordial relationship.
The prepared celebration made by Prince Harry, where there might have even been a chance for reconciliation, was not attended by anyone because the entire family turned down the offer. The explanations for why none of them went, though, were just lately made public.
Everything points to the fact that the royal family members’ divergent travel schedules prevented them from attending. Due to a commitment to a drug and alcohol rehab facility, Prince William and Kate Middleton, the pair who are in crisis, were unable to attend.
King Charles III, who was ostensibly able to attend, opted not to because he had just finished a meeting with the head of the European Commission, which left him very worn out. Even so, the actress Meghan Markle’s close family members and the child’s famous Hollywood producer godfather Tyler Perry attended the event.
