Shakira might have not been able to save her relationship with Gerard Piqué but her musical career is thriving. Her collaboration with Bizarrap, Music Sessions #53, is a huge success and it is being reported that two artists will perform it live in the United States.
Before leaving Spain, The Colombian singer was seen in Barcelona. It is worth noting that she does not live in Europe anymore but it was revealed that she visited the country to pick her children, Sasha and Milán, up and bring them with her to America.
According to Shakira herself, “I think is really fantastic to have my children witness my accomplishments as an artist”. It was also revealed a few months ago that it was Milan who pushed her to record a song with Bizarrap.
The Colombian singer arrived in New York with her children earlier this week. She is scheduled to make an appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s ‘The Tonight Show‘ and perform one of her break-up anthems live.
It is given that Shakira will put on a good show but all the eyes are on her since it is not a secret that Music Sessions #53 is about how Gerard Piqué destroyed their 12-year marriage and cheated on her with Clara Chía Martí.
