Since the release of its first installment more than 20 years ago, at the start of the century, the Fast and Furious movie series, has garnered notoriety, and since that time, they have continued to make movies.
Being one of the most significant action franchises, it was recently revealed that it would be returning to theaters with what appears to be its final production. As a result, there has been much speculation about how the producers intend to bring it to a close.
The director, Louis Leterrier, discussed his intentions to bring back Paul Walker’s Brian O’Conner in an interview with Total Film. The actor died a few years ago, but his picture has kept popping up in the movies ever since.
Leterrier made it plain that the character portrayed by Walker will only appear in “flashbacks” or memories, which will only be instances of past events. He will only be referenced, even though he still exists in the present.
“Brian is very much alive in the Fast & Furious world, and he’s been teased a lot in the previous films. In 9, we see the car coming. It’s something that’s planned,” the director noted.
This news has thrilled all fans of the famous franchise, as Paul Walker passed away in a terrible car accident when he was at one of the highest peaks of his career.
