BTS has achieved important achievements such as selling out 100% of the tickets for the Permission to dance on stage concerts in Las Vegas on March 3rd in less than 5 hours. Therefore, it is common for the K-pop group to add Guinness records to their list from time to time.
On March 4th, the official account for Guinness World Records announced that the boy group has held three records for having the most followers on their respective Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok accounts. Among the list, is the profile of one of the members of the group.

According to the article published by Guinness World Records on their page, when BTS’ Taehyung opened his personal Instagram account, it gained more than 1 million followers in less than 43 minutes. At the time of passing 4 hours and 52 minutes, the number rose to 10 million thanks to ARMY.
Bangtan opened his TikTok profile on September 25th, 2019 and during the opening he broke a record. They currently have more than 45.
7 million followers, ranking the group 16th among the most popular accounts within the video app.
