Hailey Bieber, who is married to Justin Bieber, decided to enforce her famous marriage vows in a recent interview with the podcast In Good Faith with Chelsea & Judah Smith.
“I promise to be with you in joy and sadness, health and illness, wealth and poverty, loving you, respecting you and being you faithful all the days of my life, until death do us part”.
They confess that the decision to marry was not so easy, as they were still very young. At the time, the model was 22 years old and Justin was 25 years old. Also, she knew that Bieber had certain problems (including drugs) but he was willing to overcome.
“I was in it. I have made a decision. I know for a fact that I’ve loved this person for a long time and now wouldn’t be the time to give him up. I just wouldn’t do that to him. Imagine leaving someone in the middle of the worst time in your life? I’m not that kind of person. So I would take it, no matter what”.
Justin Bieber is grateful that Hailey accepted him the way he is, even with the flaws:

“Fortunately, Hailey accepted me for who I was”, he said.
“Even when we got married, there was still a lot of damage and heartache that I still needed to get over, but she saw my heart through it all”.
“I had experienced so many things in my life. So many achievements, I traveled the world and saw all the places in the world. And I just got to a point where I felt lonely and I didn’t want to do everything myself” Justin added.
“I realized that I needed to go through a real healing to get to a place where I could have a serious and healthy relationship, because I had a lot of trauma and scars. So I just committed to working on those things and getting healthy”.
“We always had a lot of conversations about ‘What were our goals? Where did we want to end up at a certain age?’“, Hailey said.
“We always talked about wanting to be married and young, having a young family and having small children” he recalled.
