On December 21, news broke that Justin Baldoni, a 40-year-old actor and director, was dropped by his talent agency WME. This decision coincided with a complaint filed by his “It Ends with Us” co-star, Blake Lively. She claims Baldoni engaged in sexually inappropriate behavior and launched a significant smear campaign targeting her reputation.
As of now, Blake Lively remains represented by WME, while Baldoni is no longer a client. Since the lawsuit scandal broke out, both parties have made statements regarding the accusations. However, Justin Baldoni’s official statement came through his lawyer, while Lively seemed to release hers in first person. See it here:

According to the complaint, Baldoni allegedly improvised intimate scenes, added explicit material and made a series of unprofessional remarks during the film’s production. Lively asserts these actions created an uncomfortable work environment and culminated in a defamation campaign against her.
Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, said Lively’s allegations were false, outrageous, and intentionally hurtful. Freedman claimed her complaint was designed to fix her image from criticism this year. Meanwhile, Lively’s legal team stands by her account, with further proof against Baldoni being released as of December 22, 2024.
