BTSV had one of the best-selling weeks of his career after he released the vinyl version of his much-loved album, “Layover.” Despite the album being sold out within minutes in several retailers worldwide, BTS’ fans, better known as ARMY, stated that V’s company was trying to sabotage him.

Many K-Netizens took over the Online forums to express their frustration and anger at HYBE and its associated labels, BigHit Music and Geffen Records for allegedly poor management and lack of support of “Layover.”

ARMY stated that the major issue relies on the scarcity of the “Layover” vinyl copies in key markets. They immediately noticed that the album was understocked in major retail outlets, and they had to resort to alternative purchasing options.

On top of that, fans also showed their frustration because there have been delays in shipping, particularly in major markets, making sure that the initial release schedule wasn’t met. HYBE hasn’t addressed any of the negative comments and they might release a statement once the controversy reaches its climax.
