BTS’ RM is giving us all the feels with his upcoming documentary “RM: Right People, Wrong Place“—but it almost didn’t happen! The charismatic BTS leader shared that he shot the film with a “might not release it” mindset. Ahead of its premiere at BIFF 2024, he gave fans a heartfelt message on Weverse, expressing his gratitude.

The idol worked closely with director Seok Jun throughout the filming process. Describing it as if he “lived with him,” RM reflected on the experience, admitting that there were moments he considered keeping the documentary private. Despite those initial ideas, the movie will showcase RM’s creative journey while crafting his second solo album, “Right Place, Wrong Person.”
Currently, the BTS member is serving in the military, but that doesn’t stop him from serving fans too! He teased that there would be plenty to talk about once he’s back. Until then, fans will get to see him up close and personal through the film “RM: Right People, Wrong Place.”
