“Armageddon” sold 18,000 pure copies in the U.S. in the week ending July 11, powered almost entirely by CD sales. The album was dropped on July 5, and made available in eight collectible CD variants, each packed with exclusive paper merchandise, making it a must-have for fans.
With this top 10, aespa manages to debut inside the first ten positions of the chart for the fifth time. What’s more, this proves the girl group’s consistent releases, raising popularity and loyal fanbase. The Album Sales Chart ranks the top-selling albums of the week, based only on traditional album sales, a system in place since May 25, 1991.
