This June 17th was Garter Day at Windsor Castle, and Prince Andrew was excluded from this important royal event for the third consecutive year despite having been a key part of it—all this because of the scandal that previously starred in revealing his friendship with convicted sex offender Jefferey Epstein.
“There’s a precedent in place now, and they don’t want to give him a platform“, a source told Express media outlet, adding that “he won’t be there” despite being the king of the league. Although he will not be at the public events, he is expected to be at the private celebration later in the day and the investiture.
His connections with the Epstein scandal have ruined his life within the British monarchy, so much so that in 2019, Prince Andrew took a step back as an active member of the royals and was stripped of his royal titles and benefits and not even considered for such events.
