King Charles III and Prince Harry’s relationship hasn’t presented any signs of healing. Despite the Prince’s recent visit, the King was not satisfied because of his words to the press after he asked for privacy during his cancer treatment.

The Duke of Sussex gave an unexpected interview to Good America in February while he was in Canada for the “One Year to Go” celebrations of the Invictus Games 2025. The Prince talked about the King’s cancer diagnosis and also showed love for the Royal Family.

Richard Fitzwilliams, a royal expert commented to Mirror UK that the King didn’t appreciate Harry’s interview after they met in February. Like other royal experts, they all agreed Harry just used this opportunity for clout before really caring about the King’s current health status.

“The Duke of course is understanding of his father’s diary of commitments and various other priorities and hopes to see him soon. The depth of the rift with the Royal Family has, if anything, deepened after Harry’s recent visit.”

The rumors circulating might be true as King Charles III stated he was too busy to meet Prince Harry during his latest visit to the United Kingdom in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games. Progressively, the rift between Harry and the Royal Family has increased and might not be at a returning point anymore.
