Best Toppers released their ranking of 10 sexiest male celebrities and BTS member V is the brand new number 1 on the list. K-pop idol Kim Taehyung was named ‘World’s Most Handsome‘ by taking first place in the ranking of 10 celebrities from all walks of life, according to the Best Toppers portal.
