King Charles has a plan to keep the British monarchy shining! While this year has been a challenging one for the British royal family, especially due to health issues for both the monarch and Kate Middleton, Buckingham Palace is not giving up and might set up a masterplan.
It’s undeniable that Kate Middleton is one of the most admired members of the royal family. However, her cancer battle has seen her stepping down from the royal spotlight. With the Princess of Wales being inactive and King Charles taking slow steps back into this royal duties, there are three names ready to take on the lead: The monarch’s son, Prince William, his sister, Princess Anne, and his niece, Princess Beatrice.
The royal agenda is particularly packed this summer, including several events like Trooping the Colour, a state banquet, League Day, and most recently the 80th anniversary of D-Day (which will be King Charles’ first overseas event in a while). With so many responsibilities and so few active royal members, a source close to Buckingham Palace told “Daily Mail” that these three new royals, particularly Princess Beatrice being the latest addition, will fill in for Kate Middleton.
Whispers on the British media outlets say that Princess Beatrice could also join King Charles for an upcoming event —the state visit from Japan next month. The King and Queen are set to welcome Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako of Japan at Buckingham Palace.
