Apparently, the decision to not properly rest and continue attending her royal duties is taking its toll on Queen Letizia, and it is that in her recent act in Oviedo, the Queen made a pain gesture caused by the injury in her foot. The monarch finished giving her speech for World Red Cross Day, and she proceeded to go down the stage to go to her chair. When she was going down the first step, her gesture was evident.
