On April 14th, it was announced that the new hit Korean series ‘Queen of Tears‘ surpasses ‘Goblin‘ by becoming the 2nd highest-rated K-Drama in tvN history with its great viewership ratings, which have soared past the 20 percent mark.
With its last episode, the melodrama starring Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won reached its highest point in audience ratings since the beginning of its broadcast on March 9th, achieving an average national rating of 20.7 percent.
This great achievement marks a new historical record for the program that not only positions it as one of the most popular of the moment but also surpasses previous hits of the network such as ‘Goblin’, which was positioned as the second.

So now ‘Queen of Tears’ is surpassed only by ‘Crash Landing on You‘, which in 2020 obtained 21.7 percent for the series finale and for now remains the most watched Korean production in the history of the TV network.
