The Instagram post became viral immediately because it is one of the first posts made by the Prince and Princess of Wales since January.

After Kate Middleton’s absence from the media, her followers are happy to be indirectly updated about her health status. Although the Princess couldn’t join the royal family on the Commonwealth Day celebrated on March 11, surely she will be one of the trending topics again.
