Prince Harry landed in the United Kingdom for a 45-minute visit with King Charles III to show him support and stay in touch with him. Finally, some royal followers stated these were the first steps of reconciliation between the two parties, but not everyone was happy about it and decided to share their thoughts.
Prince William’s close friend had a convo with the Daily Beast, explaining his discontent about Prince Harry’s true intentions with his visit. He explained that Prince Harry tried to make this touching moment just about himself.
“The king announcing he had cancer was totally unprecedented and incredibly brave. But suddenly the focus was on what Harry was doing. He seems to have this knack for making it all about him. Some people think it’s a bit late to cast himself as the dutiful, concerned son after all the unforgivable things he said about his father, and brother, and their wives in his book.”
The statement was no surprise, after it was reported that Prince William would be okay if he never spoke to his brother ever again. The tension between the royal brothers is increasing, despite them not talking to each other since Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in 2022.
