Taylor Swift has taken the whole world by surprise after announcing her 11th album titled ‘The Tortured Poets Department‘, the American singer made the announcement on February 4th during the GRAMMY AWARDS 2024 ceremony.

Fans better known as swifties were very excited early on as the artist was giving hints of an important announcement to be made at the GRAMMYs, many thought it would be the announcement of the re-recordings of her album ‘reputation’ but the surprise was much bigger.

After winning the ‘Best Pop Vocal Album’ category for her album ‘Midnights‘, the ‘KARMA’ singer revealed during her acceptance speech that she has kept the secret for 2 years, that the title of the album is ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ and will be available on April 19th and the standard edition will consist of 16 tracks.

In addition, she took to her social media to reveal the official new album cover with a description that reads as follows: ‘All’s fair in love and poetry…‘, you can see the official album cover below:
