Something gruesome has happened that demands justice, and that is that the body of a woman has been found and the main suspect is Theobald Lengyel, a 54-year-old man who has been arrested on a charge of first-degree murder against his girlfriend Alice “Alyx” Kamakaokalani Herrmann.

Theobald “Theo” Lengyel, 54, was arrested and charged Tuesday in connection with the death of Alice “Alyx” Kamakaokalani Herrmann, 61. According to Capitola police, Lengyel also goes by the alias “Mylo Stone.” According to local radio station KTVU, he was a founding member of the band Mr. Bungle and a former saxophonist. On December 3, Herrmann was last seen in Santa Cruz, California. He belonged to the competitive canoeing group Outrigger Santa Cruz. The post on the group’s Facebook page stated that he was there during training on Dec. 3.
“As the investigation progressed, it became apparent that foul play was involved, which led to the identification of Theobald Lengyel as a suspect,” the Capitola Police Department said in a press release.
Lengyel was being held without bond, according to online jail records reviewed by Fox News Digital.
“The diligent work of our investigators, in coordination with our law enforcement partners, has led to the arrest of Theobald Lengyel in connection with the tragic homicide of Alice Kamakaokalani,” the Capitola Police Department said in a news release. “We extend our deepest condolences to the victim’s family and friends during this time.”
