G-Dragon had one of the most difficult years of his career and personal life in 2023 after the idol was unfairly accused in a drug-related case. The idol had to postpone his music releases and focus all of his energy, along with his legal team, to demonstrate his innocence, not only to South Korean justice but to the K-Netizens.

After a couple of weeks of intense moments, G-Dragon was acquitted of his charges and was able to start a new chapter of his life with his new music label, Galaxy Corporation. Undoubtedly, this amazing moment had to be celebrated, and he did exactly that!

The idol and his legal team celebrated their success and disbanded at a small get-together at Galaxy Corporation’s headquarters. Despite the reunion being held on December 22, the photos began circulating on December 31, because of the loss of the late Lee Sun Kyun, G-Dragon decided to cancel the official schedule as one Galaxy Corporation representative reported to News1.

G-Dragon reunited with his new management CEO, Choi Yong Ho, his head attorney Lee Yung Yeop of LKB & Partners, and numerous supporters. The idol was thankful to everyone who stayed by his side through the darkest times of his life. Ultimately, the legal team disbanded because the outrage of the K-Netizens was over, and finally, G-Dragon’s name was clean.
