NCT’s Mark is one of the most influential idols in the Kpop scene nowadays for his heartwarming personality and undeniable talent. All of the efforts made by the idol have finally paid off as he became the owner of a luxury property.
On April 17th, the real estate industry sources and the Supreme Court registry reported that Mark purchased a 126㎡ unit luxury apartment complex, Brighton N40, in July last year for $3.56 million. The property was registered under Mark’s name in September for a leasehold deposit of $2.19 million.
Brighton N40 is a premium residential complex located at 40 Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam. The development consists of five buildings ranging from four to ten stories, with a total of 148 units. There’s no doubt the idol will have excellent access to the panoramic views of the Han River and Nodeul Island.
Other reported residents include Seventeen’s Hoshi, actresses Han Hyo Joo and Oh Yeon Seo, entertainer Lee Hwi Jae, INFINITE’s Kim Myung Soo (L), TWICE’s Nayeon, and basketball player Heo Ung. So, the idol will have a lot of fun as a resident of the luxury complex.
