Stray Kids has shown that they are international stars, and their discography has been undeniably successful in the United States and the United Kingdom. However, other major musical markets like the French one also received with a warm hug the boys’ albums.
On April 10, SNEP’s official website, which is associated with France’s official music association, made a major announcement. SKZ HOP HIPTAPE ‘HOP’, released on December 13, 2024, surpassed 50,000 album units sold in France, earning the group a Gold certification. This marks the group’s fourth such recognition following their full-length album ★★★★★ (5-STAR), mini album ‘ROCK-STAR’, and ‘ATE’.
“HOP” is the first release under the SKZ HOP HIPTAPE project, introducing a new and unique genre to Stray Kids. There’s no doubt that the boys have a larger audience worldwide who are always waiting for them to release a new musical project. Congratulations to the boys.
