BTS’ members have become great friends along the way since their debut in 2013. The boys have developed such an intense bond among them, and their families, too. That’s why it’s no surprise to see BTS’ parents attending group or solo concerts from the iconic boy band members.
On April 9, j-hope released a behind-the-scenes video for his latest tour, “HOPE ON THE STAGE,” where he shows the preparation it took to bring the tour to life. In addition, the idol also spilled some tea about the attendees and shared an intimate perspective from the idol’s point of view.
During the video, j-hope expressed gratitude and surprise when all of the BTS members’ parents showed up for his performance in Seoul. This is such an important moment for the idol because he feels loved and included by all of the BTS members’ families since he is almost a brother to all of his bandmates.
All the BTS parents came yesterday. They were apparently very surprised. I feel so glad that they enjoyed it (the show). From the parents’ perspective, every member is their kid. Imagine how proud they must feel since they know how tough this is more than anyone else. They’ve watched everything from the sidelines as a family. All the parents showed up yesterday. Not a single one missing. I felt so grateful!”
