Producers of The White Lotus have totally leveled up their spoiler-defense game this season! To keep the grand finale under wraps before the big reveal on April 6, show masterminds David Bernad and Mike White came up with a major plan. They created six alternative endings, handing them out to different people so that if anything leaked, no one would know the real deal.
Bernad spilled the tea on this top-secret plan, revealing that when they finally filmed the true ending, they locked down the entire set. Nobody who wasn’t essential to the action could be present. To keep this secret, cast members like Jon Gries even went on a 12-hour trip by bus, keeping involvement on the low and preventing paparazzi from getting any info.
During filming at the luxurious Four Seasons, a few guests accidentally saw some confidential scenes. But instead of freaking out, the team invited the oonlokers to the set for some VIP treatment. In return, the lucky fans who saw the filming agreed to delete the footage. Clearly, The White Lotus has proven it’s not just entertaining on-screen—it’s as intriguing behind the scenes too!
