King Charles III has proven to the whole world that the British Monarchy can blend into the modern era despite holding traditional protocols. The Monarch of the United Kingdom has released his playlist with Apple Music titled “The King’s Music Room.”
On March 10, the King released the playlist in celebration of the Commonwealth Day, which featured amazing artists from iconic to rookie singers in the King’s palace; there’s space for everyone!
The King’s show was recorded at Buckingham Palace, where His Majesty provided anecdotes of his personal experiences when explaining why each song was chosen. “Throughout my life, music has meant a great deal to me. I know that is also the case for so many others.”
Bob Marley, Kylie Minogue, Grace Jones, Davido, Beyoncé, and Raye made it into the playlist, among others. Here’s the full list of the songs that appear on the Apple Music’s playlist from the Monarch of the United Kingdom.
