The K-pop world is buzzing after shocking court revelations involving NJZ’s Hanni and former HYBE’s ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin. On March 7, 2025, during a legal battle over NJZ’s contracts, messages between Hanni and Min Hee Jin were revealed, questioning the claim that the ILLIT members ignored Hanni. In the texts, Min asked Hanni if the manager had given such an order, and Hanni replied, “I’m not sure.”
The drama dates back to May 2024, when Hanni claimed one of the managers told the ILLIT members to ignore Hanni. However, during the court hearing, ADOR presented CCTV footage showing three ILLIT members greeting her, making everybody raise their eyebrows at Hanni’s story. However, after the clip was revealed, Hanni said she had never claimed that the ILLIT members ignored her. Instead, she highlighted the fact that the manager instructed them to do so.
The idol then took to Instagram Stories and expressed her feelings over the court evidence. She said HYBE’s ADOR was twisting the narrative and told the company to stop bothering her.” As the case continues, this controversy is just one piece of the puzzle. Other topics include contract disputes, plagiarism accusations, and brand favoritism.
