BLACKPINK’s Jennie is counting down to the release of her first full album, “Ruby,” dropping on March 7. In a March 5 interview with Zane Lowe, she opened up about the inspiration behind “Twin,” calling it her “most personal” track. “Wow, you saw right through me,” Jennie said in the interview, confessing that an unresolved past relationship inspired the vulnerable song lyrics. The idol admitted she hadn’t gotten closure, so the track helped her deal with these emotions.
