Under Korean law, quasi-rape can result in at least seven years of imprisonment, proving the serious nature of the crime. There are three other individuals linked to the case who have reportedly cooperated with investigators. Meanwhile, Taeil’s evasive attitude has generated outrage and criticism. The idol who was once known for his vocal talent turned out to be a criminal, making fans feel completely shocked.

In fact, his former label, SM Entertainment, removed him from NCT following the confirmation of the crime back in August 2024.
