On February 25, 2025, Justin Bieber posted an Instagram video showcasing his rap skills just days after his rep addressed rumors about his alleged drug use. In the clip, the singer stands shirtless in baggy pants and a bright blue beanie, rapping about being “high like a magpie.”

Days earlier, on February 23, a member of Justin Bieber’s team dismissed the “exhausting” drug use allegations, saying the singer has cut ties with unhelpful friendships and is focusing on his health, music, and family. The rep emphasized that he is fully supporting his wife, Hailey Bieber, and their six-month-old son, Jack Blues. They called the drug addiction rumors “pitiful,” pointing out how certain people insist on creating harmful stories.

Justin Bieber, who once struggled with substance abuse, addressed his past in a May 2021 GQ interview. He revealed he relied on drugs to numb unresolved emotional pain, admitting security guards once checked his pulse to ensure he was alive. Today, the “Peaches” star appears dedicated to his family and music and is rumored to release a new project this year, following multiple photos and videos in the studio posted to his Instagram account.
