King Charles III kicked off 2025 with several royal appointments to bring relief to those who were concerned about the British monarchy’s future. The King has joined forces with the ambassador of Ukraine to the United Kingdom, former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhny, to visit the Trauma Research Center at Imperial College London.
The pair wanted to familiarize themselves with the British experience in treating combat injuries, which surprised a lot Zaluzhny who couldn’t resist posting a message on his Telegram channel.
“I had the honor of accompanying His Majesty the King during his visit to the Trauma Research Center at Imperial College London. In conversations with British researchers and doctors, we discussed medicine, the latest studies, and the rehabilitation of the wounded. We talked about how the United Kingdom is using its experience in treating combat injuries gained in Afghanistan and Iraq to help Ukraine.”
Zaluzhnyi also expressed his gratitude to King Charles III and his British friends for their support. He wants to shape a future where life prevails, and that’s King Charles III’s vision as well, which became a heartwarming experience for the ambassador.
