SEVENTEEN’s Jeonghan buys a luxury penthouse for $2.75 million

SEVENTEEN’s Jeonghan has become the talk of the town after it was reported he purchased a luxury property in South Korea. The fans couldn’t wait for further details of his new property and fortunately, they have been released.

The idol purchased a penthouse in Hannam-dong, Seoul, for 4 billion KRW (the equivalent of about $2.75 million). Despite Jeonghan signing a contract to purchase the property in 2021, the apartment complex was completed a few months ago.

The penthouse is a 16-story high-end apartment building with a unique design. Jeonghan purchased a 105.81㎡ unit featuring two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The residential complex named ‘Brighton Hannam,’ has apartments currently listed with a price range of $2.0 5o 3.5 million.
