King Charles III is officially back to his royal duties with the British Crown. After a couple of months of vanishing from the Royal scene, the King is ready to continue his reign in 2025. This time, the King was wearing a kilt in the Scottish celebrations.
On January 25, the 76-year-old King was seen sporting a kilt in a new official image shared by Buckingham Palace. The photo served to mark the annual Scottish celebration that honors the birthday and life of Scottish poet Robert Burns.
The Monarch of the United Kingdom was standing in the library of the Royal Family’s Scottish holiday home of Balmoral in Aberdeenshire. The king wore a waistcoat and a suit jacket paired with a kilt made of King Charles III tartan.
The image was shot last fall by Millie Pilkington, who has served King Charles III, Queen Camilla Parker, Prince William and Kate Middleton in the past. The photo pretended to wish a great day to everyone who celebrated the Scottish Burns Night.
