Queen Camilla Parker reveals heartwarming detail during hospital visit

Queen Camilla Parker made one of her first solo public appearances in 2025 after visiting the Great Western Hospital in Swindon. In addition to her heartwarming visit, she also revealed one major personal detail about her daughter, Laura Lopes.

The Queen’s visit inaugurates the new emergency department in a British town. However, she admitted she hadn’t been there since she was 30. The British Royal Family matriarch explained her connection to the institution after she recalled her first-hand experience of how good the staff are.

“I was thinking about it, and I probably haven’t been inside this hospital for 47 years. Since I had my daughter. So that was a few years ago. But I wanted to congratulate everybody who has done such a brilliant job with this place, and everyone who is working here.”

Despite Laura Lopes being born on 1 January 1978, Queen Camilla Parker still recalls this beautiful moment. She even explained that the staff is making a difference in contributing to the country and giving great attention to all of the patients.
