EXO’s D.O. just put the rumor mill in overdrive by saying “EXO is still strong.” After a lengthy pause in full-member activities, fans had been worried that the “Growl” hitmakers might be drifting apart. But during a recent interview for his upcoming film, “Secret: Untold Melody,” D.O. hinted at the possibility of an EXO comeback.
And who could blame fans for their concern? After the legal feud between EXO members Xiumin, Chen, and Baekhyun with SM Entertainment and the boy group’s minimal presence at SM’s 30th-anniversary concert (only Suho and Chanyeol represented), their fear is more than valid. Fortunately, D.O. confessed that EXO will return soon, althought a comeback next year is off-the-table.
kyungsoo has always been sincere so if he’s saying that we will get an exo cb then it will happen. I already knew 2025 cb would never be possible, so lets happily wait for 2026 cb 💗 https://t.co/DD03e7qtGG

“We will start preparing and you’ll be able to see us, so there’s no need to worry. […] Not this year right away, but you’ll be able to meet us at the earliest possible time. We will start preparing this year after taking into account everyone’s individual schedules.”
Meanwhile. D.O. is busy with the promo of the upcoming film “Secret: Untold Melody,” which is set to premiere on January 27th, 2025. The movie is a remake of a Taiwanese film of the same name, premiered in 2007.
